trekmenu

QR menu for cafés and bars

Your menu, as good as your food.

A QR menu with photos and videos of every dish. Guests order from the table, the kitchen sees it instantly, and you see what people look at and buy. Works next to your current till.

  • No app for your guests
  • Keep your own till
  • Free pilot for the first cafés

The problem

A QR code deserves better than a PDF.

A PDF shows nothing

A name, one line and a price. Guests can’t picture the dish, so they order what they already know.

Guests wait

For the menu, for a waiter, for that second round. When it’s busy, sales are left on the table.

You can’t see what happens

You know what sold, but not what guests looked at and skipped.

How it works

Three steps, from table to kitchen.

  1. Guests scan the table code

The menu opens on their own phone. No app, no account, and the table is already known.

  2. They browse and order

With photos, videos and choices like the milk in their coffee. The kitchen or bar sees the order within a second.

  3. You see what sells

What gets looked at, ordered and skipped, with plain-language tips to make your menu better.

For your guests

A menu that makes people hungry.

Every dish gets its own page, like in an online shop. Guests see what they’re ordering, and are more willing to try something new.

  • Photos and video for every dish, with ingredients, allergens in words and diet labels
  • Choices and extras, like oat milk or an extra shot, with the price difference shown
  • A “Most ordered” row, plus search and filters: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, new, under €5
  • A note for the kitchen, and live status on the phone: received, preparing, on its way
  • Call a waiter: for help, the bill, water or something else
  • Light and dark mode, and the menu keeps working if the Wi-Fi drops for a moment

The guest menu is in English today. More languages, including Dutch, are coming soon.

For the kitchen and bar

Orders on a screen, not on a notepad.

Put a tablet or laptop in the kitchen or behind the bar. That’s all you need.

  • New orders appear within a second, with a sound if you want one
  • Columns for New, Preparing and Ready; an order that waits too long turns red
  • Waiter calls at the top, with an “On my way” button
  • Run out of something? Mark it sold out and guests see it straight away

For you

Changing your menu takes a minute.

You manage everything yourself, from your laptop or phone.

  • Categories, prices and sold out, with a live preview on a phone
  • Upload photos and video for each dish
  • Your own colour, heading font, logo and cover. The colour adjusts itself so text stays readable
  • Tables, QR codes and printable table cards, and a switch to stop taking orders for a while
  • Invite your team with a one-time link
